Try Zumba Latin Dance Fitness!
ZUMBA is a great way to burn 500 -800 calories for an hour session. It involves toning, cardio and interval training all at the same time. You don’t even realize you are exercising because you are having too much fun. No, you don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy the movements and music and reap the benefits. Ditch the workout and join the party!!! My name is Linda Conway and I have been involved in the fitness world for over 30 years, either studying in the field or teaching. I have both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Health Education. I currently am teaching Physical Education at the elementary school level. I am also a nationally certified Aerobic instructor (AFAA) and Yoga instructor (Yoga Fit). I have seen and tried every new form of exercise that has come along beginning with Jack Lalane’s Glamour Stretcher Hour! ZUMBA is the most fun I’ve had exercising in a long time and has given me the most results in the shortest amount of time. I invite you to come and enjoy the music while you dance your way to a fitter you.
